Project 4750 is dedicated to my Dad who sacrificed his dreams of becoming a product designer to raise me 🤝🤞🏾✨🖤... This project started about a year ago with my bro @larrytchogninou . I had this vision of creating functional and ergonomic furniture for millennials that could serve as seating, storage, and an art piece! Being clear/transparent helps create the illusion that your space is bigger because it doesn’t visually hold the same mass a regular storage container would...
Design note: It’s always scary putting your ideas into the world, all creatives want them to be received well but more importantly it should solve a problem. The problem I saw was millennials having cool stuff with no space for it. So I wanted to create something you could still show off your stuff in and not lose space... in total Project 4750 will seat 5 - 7 comfortably without taking up no more than 4ft of space 🪑✨🚀
